1. The service
DEMI Capsule records a SHA-256 fingerprint of a file, with the time, a registry code (UPL) and a short Conceptual Core, in the DEMI Registry. The record is anchored on the Ethereum blockchain. Your file is fingerprinted in your browser and is not uploaded to or kept by us.

2. The DEMI Capsule plugin
The plugin for Claude and ChatGPT is free. It helps you prepare work for registration, continue registered work and check a file against its record. It does not register files, take payments, or ask for or hold owner keys, wallet keys or passwords. You register only on ramsmile.com/demicapsule.

3. Price and payment
A registration costs A$9, including GST, paid by card. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, whose checkout terms also apply. We do not see or store card numbers.

4. What a record proves
A record shows only that a file existed, byte for byte, by the registration time. It does not prove authorship, ownership, originality, copyright or any other legal right, and it is not legal advice.

5. What you keep
Keep your original file, your registry code, your certificate and your Saved package. Keep your owner key private: it is shown once, and we do not store it. Without the original file, a record cannot be checked against it.

6. Your responsibilities
Register only material you are entitled to register. Do not include personal, confidential or unlawful content in your title or passage. Listed records are public.

7. Permanence
We can hide a listed record from the DEMI Registry on request, but the blockchain anchor is permanent and cannot be removed.

8. Refunds
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms. If a paid registration cannot be completed, contact us and we will complete it or refund the fee.

9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the Registry, certificates and record pages available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any registration is limited to completing it again or refunding the fee.

11. Changes and law
We may update these Terms. The version on this page applies from its effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
